Job summary

KNAPP Inc. in Locust Grove, GA seeks a Logistics Operations Engineer to provide software-focused operational support, monitoring KiSoft production environments, triaging incidents, and guiding on-site teams to restore service.

The LOE will communicate status, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare internal reports while working under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This role involves travel and hands-on problem solving in a distribution environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, or related field.
Strong incident communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills.
Technical knowledge in Linux, Windows 11, and Linux Server.
Technical knowledge in Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.
General understanding of automated warehouse equipment concepts and ability to communicate troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations.
Respond to and triage software incidents; take actions to restore service.
Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams to resolve issues.
Communicate system status and incident updates to relevant stakeholders and provide effective shift handover information; maintain support documentation and tickets.
Prepare and provide internal reports as required.
