Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Knightdale, NC to support routing, dispatching, and daily client delivery objectives. The role focuses on monitoring motor carrier performance, troubleshooting delivery issues, and assisting the distribution site from the office and warehouse.

You will work closely with customer care and location management to maximize site performance, maintain service levels, and ensure timely communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operational management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations and monitor loadout and carrier needs.
• Oversee loadout to ensure proper handling and secure loading.
• Report loadout and motor carrier compliance timely.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and clients.
• Support distribution center with audits and process improvements.
• Use client routing software for delivery planning.
• Coordinate with other departments on updates and meetings.
• Monitor routes and reschedule with carriers as needed.
• Handle returns via client portals and move inventory safely with equipment.
• Serve as contact for client escalations and notify customers of time windows.
