Job summary

Riverstone Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage routing, dispatch, and client delivery objectives at a dedicated profit center. You will lead a team of Operations Coordinators, monitor carrier performance, and coach location staff to maximize site efficiency.

You will engage in proactive problem solving, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with client teams to ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership potential welcome.
• Strong supervisory and people-management capabilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations at a profit center.
• Supervise a team of Operations Coordinators and monitor carrier performance.
• Provide feedback to motor carriers and location management.
• Assist CDT/RTD in delivery issue monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Spend time in office/warehouse coaching staff and maximizing site performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and notify customers of delivery time windows.
