Job summary

USPack in Chantilly, VA is seeking an entry-level operations coordinator to assist with route coverage, IC dispatch, and on-time delivery execution. You will support customer communications and dispatch teams while ensuring paperwork and reports are completed accurately.

This role requires basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for growth within a values-driven logistics team.

Qualifications

• College degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes coverage, IC check-in, and timely delivery to customers.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes.
• Monitor dispatch board and ensure requested delivery times are met.
• Communicate delays and issues to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type.
• Complete daily service reports and administrative paperwork.
