You will create efficient zone routings, communicate with shipping personnel, monitor freight costs, and collaborate with fleet repair shops to maintain service levels and cost effectiveness. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial distribution or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service or sales experience with attention to details.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Proficiency with PC for Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with drivers, sales staff and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Creates feasible zone routings for delivery of goods by drivers.
• Coordinates with shipping personnel to standardize delivery methods and costs.
• Coordinates value-added services for strategic customers and monitors freight costs.
• Works with fleet repair shops to ensure service levels and fair pricing.
• Ensures compliance with safety and site requirements across locations.
