Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator in Chantilly, VA to ensure routes are covered, ICs are dispatched, and deliveries run on time.

You will monitor dispatch boards, communicate delays, verify ICs meet vehicle requirements, and assist with contracting ICs while maintaining paperwork and reports for customers. This role is perfect for someone with basic MS Office skills and a desire to grow in logistics.

Qualifications

• College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Basic MS Office experience required (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time execution.
• Coordinate IC check-in and communicate with customer and dispatch.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays or problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs use correct vehicle type and compliant ID badges.
• Complete daily service reports and maintain paperwork.
