Romark Logistics is seeking an Operations Clerk/Coordinator to manage daily workloads across Zone Teams, balance inbound and outbound flow, and ensure accurate shipping documentation using JDA. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day.

The position offers a Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm schedule and benefits typical of a full-time logistics role.

Qualificações

• Experience with warehouse operations and WMS systems.
• Ability to allocate and balance workload across zones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assign daily workload to Zone Teams.
• Distribute assignments to balance workload and forecast queue.
• Monitor completion across Zone Teams to ensure shipments and inbounds balance.
• Communicate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for inbound and outbound.
• Check in reschedules with returns or welcome center and verify weight adjustments.
• Check in trucks or trailers using JDA.
• Prioritize shipping and receiving orders and process BOLs using JDA.
• Audit inbound and outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
• Reprint LPs (ASN, Global pallet LP).
• Review shorts or cuts on orders to maximize fulfillment using JDA.
• Communicate with carriers or Customer Service for load/unload status.
• Allocate and balance work to zones, monitor task times and adjust priorities.
• Communicate with Yard Jockey/Manager to manage flow of inbound/outbound and live loads.
• Alert Supervisors if team shows unproductive behavior or accuracy issues.
• Accept/Refuse live loads based on adherence to schedule.
• Other duties, as assigned.
