Romark Logistics, LLC is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to oversee daily workload allocation across Zone Teams, ensuring on-time shipping and inbound processing using JDA WMS.

You will monitor team performance, communicate with leads, and adjust priorities to maintain smooth flow of goods throughout the yard and dock operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JDA Warehouse Management System and related reports.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory and material handling workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily workload to Zone Teams to balance load and forecast queue.
• Monitor completion of work across Zone Teams to balance shipments and inbounds.
• Communicate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for inbound and outbound products.
• Check in reschedules with returns or welcome center for processing or adjustments.
• Check in trucks or trailers using JDA to ensure readiness.
• Prioritize orders and process paperwork (BOLs) using JDA.
• Audit inbound/outbound documents for completeness and compliance.
• Reprint LPs (ASN, Global pallet LP) when needed.
• Review shorts or cuts on orders to maximize fulfillment using JDA.
• Communicate with carriers or CSRs for load status and resolution.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and supportive work environment where every team member is empowered to speak up and work safely.**What You’ll Do**As a **Workflow Coordinator**, you will:* Assign daily workload to individual Zone Teams including meeting related priorities for shipping load ready date time and inbound time on yard.* Distributing assignments accurately to keep the individual Zone Teams workload balanced and forecasting work in queue to remain productive and engaged.* Monitor the completion of work across all Zone Teams to ensure shipments and inbounds are balanced.* Communicate with Team Lead to manage zone flow for both inbound and outbound product.* Check in reschedules with the returns team or welcome center that are brought back by carriers for processing returns or weight adjustments. Check in trucks or trailers using JDA.* Prioritize shipping and receiving orders and processing associated paperwork (BOL's) using JDA.* Audit Inbound and Outbound documents for completeness and compliance.* Reprints LP’s when necessary (ASN, Global pallet LP).* Review shorts or cuts on orders to maximize order fulfillment using JDA. If shorts or cuts are identified more research to action a resolution.* Communicate with carriers or Customer Service Representative for load/unload status towards completion.* Allocate and balance work to zones, monitor task times and work queue and adjust priorities inbound versus outbound as needed to maintain a consistent flow of product.* Communicate with Yard Jockey/Manager to manage flow of inbound, outbound, and live load traffic that aligns with work orders.* Alert Supervisors if team is showing unproductive behavior, performance, or accuracy.* Accept/ Refuse live loads based on adherence to schedule.* Other job duties, as assigned.## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For*** Strong fundamental knowledge of JDA Warehouse Management Systems.
