Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Walton, Kentucky is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to coordinate all incoming and outgoing trucks, ensure proper documentation, and serve as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

You will schedule shipments in the Transportation Management System, manage Bills of Lading, wave orders and returns, support warehouse teams, and generate routine reports to keep operations accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six months+ in customer service, clerical, or related role.
• Experience with warehouse operations and WMS/TMS is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly via email and phone; strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carrier dispatch and drivers in a professional manner.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments in the TMS and coordinate truck schedules.
• Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and act as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek staff.
• Research driver issues and provide timely solutions; assist warehouse teams.
• Generate and retain operational reports and wave orders/returns as needed.
• Check in carriers for appointments and verify receiving accuracy.
• Assist with phones, ordering packaging, and printing labels as required.
