Qualifications

• Clerical/Administrative experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative support to facility associates and management.
• Assist with new associate orientation, benefits administration, and exit interviews.
• Maintain timekeeping, personnel records, and other HR data systems.
• Generate reports for HR metrics and attendance tracking.
• Support recruitment efforts including job fairs and pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate events and provide general administrative support to the facility management team.
