Responsibilities

• Track and trace outbound shipments across modes.
• Inspect outbound freight for accuracy and quality.
• Contract new carriers; assign carriers and issue load tenders.
• Communicate freight status to stations and customers; update systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Be available for overtime and weekend on-call rotations.
