Responsibilities

• Track and trace outbound shipments.
• Inspect outbound freight and quote, cost and invoice international shipments.
• Contract new carriers and provide load tenders; negotiate freight rates.
• Communicate freight status to internal teams and customers; update the transportation management system.
• Provide high-quality customer service; work overtime and weekend on-call rotations.
• Data entry of shipments into TMS.
