Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will manage carrier relationships, assist with scheduling, and ensure timely billing and delivery performance for 4PL partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and coordinate with network carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS and schedule with carriers.
• Process returns and RA clarifications for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA and the 50+ delivery date reports.
• Respond to invoice questions from the carrier invoicing team.
• Validate complete dates in iDirect and support operations supervisor.
• Assist with building return trucks and act as backup for calls and emails.
