Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; 1+ year experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure delivery dates are met.
• Update database with notes on changes and communications.
• Communicate with agents and customers via phone and email about shipment status.
• Expedite or locate missing, misrouted, or delayed household shipments.
• Send required documentation and paperwork to bases.
• Data entry and phone duties; overtime may be required during peak season.
• Other duties as assigned.
