Job summary

Responsibilities

• Tracking drivers from origin to destination to ensure on-schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Assist carriers with issues or delays, escalating to account managers or customers as needed.
• Communicate delays or issues to Operations Team and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Verify that customer delivery requirements are met in a satisfactory manner.
• Utilize in-house programs and online outlets to provide customers with up-to-date status.
• Schedule appointments and track loads.
