The Suddath Companies in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a detail-oriented logistics support associate to monitor and track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery. You will update systems, respond to inquiries, and prepare documentation for moves, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED) and 1–2 years related experience, preferably in the moving industry.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and speak effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipment status to meet delivery dates.
• Update computer system with notes on communications and changes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding shipment movement by phone or email.
• Complete and process all documentation related to shipments.
• Obtain price quotes for movement of shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and audit documents.
• Oversee and resolve any complaints.
• Complete prompts in GMMS.
• Overtime required in peak season.
• Other duties as assigned.
