Job summary

Suddath is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2+ years in relocation or related customer service.
• Experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound interactions via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and perform data entry as needed.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, response time and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with teammates and leaders to improve processes and the customer experience.
