Job summary

Suddath Company in Jacksonville is seeking a Domestic Operations Assistant II to support the documents team for domestic shipments. You will monitor shipments, update DPS data when required, and help develop process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combo.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and process improvement in daily document team tasks and workflow.
• Assist in training team members to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Research letters of warnings due to delayed system updates and inform management.
• Coordinate daily activities and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Provide updates for internal systems (Movers Suite and Transflo).
