Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-driven and dynamic Logistics & Operations Coordinator for an exciting contract opportunity in Cedar Park. This onsite role is a great fit for an organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact on a team where every shipment counts.

This is a contract-to-hire position, with long-term opportunities.

As the Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you'll create purchase orders, audit and process sales orders, reconcile customer accounts, and run daily inventory level reports. You'll also develop reports and processes that keep operations running efficiently, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and execute batch order processing. You'll track and investigate errors in logistics and shipments, ensure outgoing and incoming deliveries are on time and match orders, and step in to resolve any carrier-related mishaps. Frequent communication with both internal and external customers will keep you at the center of the action.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in logistics and office operations, along with basic bookkeeping and accounting skills. Intermediate Excel is required, and experience with Access and Dynamics is highly preferred. You'll be extremely detail-oriented and organized, with a sharp eye for errors and a talent for tracking down answers when packages go astray.
