Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Materials Administrator to manage project inventory, procurement coordination, and logistics. You will serve as the liaison between Field Teams and Warehouse, oversee material requests, and ensure accurate records to support production timelines.

Responsibilities include NetSuite transactions, cycle counts, and coordinating shipping plans with internal teams to minimize disruptions and maintain material flow.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory/procurement roles; ERP experience.
• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for project material requests and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track inventory across locations.
• Record inventory transactions in NetSuite and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies for accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement, staging, packing, shipping and delivery of materials.
• Develop and execute project-specific packaging and shipping plans.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve shortages and delays.
• Generate inventory reports and monitor trends for management.
