Job summary

Narish in Livermore, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Components Material Specialist to manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of electronic components and PCBs in a high-reliability environment.

You will maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, ensure compliance with quality and ESD standards, and support production, kitting, inspection, and shipping activities. Requires at least 2 years in materials handling and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in materials handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations in electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies.
• Proficient with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of ESD handling and quality compliance standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming components, PCBs, and assemblies against documentation.
• Inspect materials and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
• Identify, label, and store materials in inventory locations.
• Maintain lot traceability and documentation integrity for all components.
• Process material receipts and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
