Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Fishbowl ERP or similar manufacturing/ERP systems.
• Background in inventory control, material handling, or production administration.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Data entry experience, Math and Computer skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP Transactions (Fishbowl ERP) and production travelers.
• Create, update, and close production work orders in Fishbowl ERP.
• Maintain records for material movements, consumption, and work orders.
• Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy in the cleanroom.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system quantities.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes.
• Order, receive, and stock components and supply inventory aids.
• Ensure materials are staged and available at point-of-use.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shortages.
• Remove and document rejected materials from scrap, maintain cleanroom flow.
• Collaborate with production leads and engineers to resolve issues.
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance.
• Support audits with organized, traceable records and proper documentation.
