Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of related management/transportation experience.
• Willingness to travel to account locations and relocate regionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and carriers to set up new carriers and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Learn to train drivers and staff and use internal/customer systems.
• Plan loads, route freight, and monitor deliveries to meet customer requirements.
