Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train drivers and staff on systems and processes.
• Improve fleet efficiency, track KPIs, and present customer reports.
• Manage inventory/assets and driver assignments to balance loads.
• Handle payroll, budgets, invoicing, and reporting duties.
• Maintain safety culture and DOT compliance across operations.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to meet customer needs.
