The role includes managing salaried and hourly staff, payroll, and collaboration with senior management and clients. The position requires a strong background in transportation/warehouse logistics, plus experience leading teams and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years managing and leading direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations (advanced).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees under responsibility; resolve performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account accordingly.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and provide financial data and operations reports to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety meetings and provide safety training; ensure regulatory compliance.
