Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Logistics Manager in Goodyear, AZ for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role requires leading salaried and hourly staff, managing payroll, analyzing P&L, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 with a Monday–Saturday schedule and benefits coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years of direct reports management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Oversee payroll responsibilities for employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L, provide profitability data and operations reports to leadership.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
