Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/ logistics.
• Travel to account and event locations may be required.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Willingness to relocate regionally based on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to improve fleet profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems and processes.
• Analyze and report KPIs, provide customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll and budget-related administrative duties.
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues.
• Support safety culture through regular messages and training.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to meet on-time delivery targets.
