Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/logistics.
• At least 1 year of management/transportation/logistics experience or related.
• Strong ability to resolve conflicts, analyze situations, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Freight & route optimization: learn to assign loads, plan routes, and monitor movement for on-time service and compliance.
• Driver management & relations: train, orient, and counsel drivers and staff; build positive carrier relationships.
• Operational performance & financial analysis: measure KPIs, suggest improvements, prepare customer reports and P&L insights.
• Safety & regulatory compliance: uphold DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Administrative & equipment oversight: payroll, Net-Revenue budgeting, invoicing, and yard/equipment coordination.
