• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Learn to mentor drivers and staff and use customer systems.
• Help maximize efficiency, measure KPIs, and present customer reports.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and driver performance reviews.
• Coordinate loads, routes, and freight movement to meet schedules.
