Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan and direct operations, leading dispatch staff, drivers, and operators while driving productivity and efficiency.

Competenze

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years managing and leading direct reports.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily fleet operations and productivity.
• Set schedules, routes, and assign drivers and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with transportation policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Analyze schedules and reports to cut costs and improve efficiency.
• Recruit, orient, train, and monitor drivers and staff.
• Develop cost-control plans and budgets; monitor performance.
