Job summary

AiLO Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Manager at its on-site Compton, CA location. The role will oversee maintenance for all company equipment, ensure DOT compliance, and lead mechanics, technicians, and clerks in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will plan maintenance, schedule PMs, manage DVIR defects, monitor budgets, and coordinate with vendors to optimize costs and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance operations experience, preferably in logistics.
• High school diploma required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee company equipment.
• Schedule PM services on a weekly basis.
• Oversee DVIR defects on a weekly basis.
• Check mechanics time cards as required.
• Maintain DOT compliance and documentation.
• Review and approve work orders and invoices.
• Recruit service vendors as needed.
• Coordinate repairs between shops and plants.
