Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance operations experience, preferably in logistics.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Comfort with learning modern software and fleet systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance for all company equipment.
• Schedule PM services weekly and DVIR reviews.
• Oversee maintenance documentation and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate repairs between shops and plants and approve expenses within limits.
• Recruit and manage vendors and maintenance staff.
