Job summary
Ion Field Services, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring DOT compliance, fleet maintenance, and asset management to minimize downtime. You will lead maintenance schedules, manage records, and coordinate with mechanics and vendors to maintain safety and regulatory standards across diesel trucks, trailers, and tools.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, shop supervision, or related role.
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) is a must.
- Driver License required.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA requirements, and vehicle maintenance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs for all company vehicles, trucks, and trailers.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules to maximize fleet lifespan and reduce breakdowns.
- Coordinate with mechanics, vendors, and service providers for timely repairs and parts procurement.
- Maintain accurate vehicle files, mileage logs, service records, and cost tracking.
- Monitor fleet performance and make recommendations for replacement, upgrades.
