Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, or business administration.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers.
• Assist with the training and orientation of drivers and employees.
• Maximize efficiency of fleet operations and profitability.
• Resolve service issues and operational matters.
• Manage yard including equipment checks and maintenance.
