Job summary

Hamilton Medical in Reno, NV is seeking detail-oriented shipping and stockroom personnel to pull orders, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate logs. This role supports domestic and international distribution and requires experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and ERP systems.

You will optimize packing, scheduling, inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO stocking, and safe lifting up to 50 pounds, with advanced Excel skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Prior stock room, shipping, order pulling and receiving experience required.
Technical Certificate and/or LEAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull orders accurately and provide quality, timely work in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare products for shipment with proper packaging, labeling, and carrier selection.
Follow shipping and receiving procedures according to standards.
Develop and implement shipping schedules for multiple site locations (domestic and international).
Maintain shipping logs and provide status updates to ensure timely delivery.
