Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing teams. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain inventory in line with policy and law.

Responsibilities include sourcing supplies, purchasing, and minimizing freight costs while coordinating with clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure availability and proper documentation. This role requires willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally (phone, in person) and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills including starting/shutting down a computer and navigating programs.
• Basic email skills and online communications.

Responsibilities

• Assess supply needs with clinicians and coordinate deliveries.
• Purchase and source inventory, maintain stock and minimize costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular physical counts.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Support medication/equipment incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call duties if required.
