Option Care Health, Inc. in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will work with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of supplies and medications.

The role includes inventory sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining stock while complying with policies and procedures. A 50% travel expectation is noted, with emphasis on communication and basic PC skills throughout the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills and email/internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client.
• Coordinates and executes shipping schedule.
• Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies and confirms deliveries.
• Purchases all supplies for inventory, following correct purchasing procedures.
• Sources cost effective products as directed by the clinicians and Option Care product contracts.
• Minimizes the cost of freight of product ordered and shipped to the pharmacy.
• Maintains accurate inventory and accounts for discrepancies.
• Participates in physical inventory and inventory control measures.
• Observes confidentiality guidelines for patient and company information.
