Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments.

Responsible for inventory sourcing, purchasing and maintaining products, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with policies. The role includes communicating with clinicians, PSRs, and nurses to confirm supply needs, arranging shipping, and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing emails, letters, reports.
• Basic level PC skills (start up/shut down computer, use mouse, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information online).
• Basic email skills and internet Explorer usage.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establishes relationship with client.
• Coordinates and executes shipping schedule with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of supplies.
• Purchases supplies following correct procedures and sources cost‑effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical inventory.
• Observes confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities if required.
• Accepts other duties assigned by the General Manager.
