Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will coordinate purchasing, inventory control and deliveries while supporting clinicians and PSRs to ensure timely fulfillment of patient needs.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC skills and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. High School diploma or equivalent is required, with prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Basic PC and email skills to manage communications and documentation.
• Ability to follow purchasing procedures and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish client relationships.
• Generates patient orders in the system and coordinates shipping schedules.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical counts.
