You will handle inventory sourcing, purchasing, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. The role requires communication with clinicians and on-site teams and offers a path for growth within a nationwide infusion care provider.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating verbally on phone and in writing.
• Basic PC skills including email and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and builds client relationships.
• Generates patient orders on the system and coordinates shipping schedules.
• Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of supplies.
• Purchases supplies following proper procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in cycle counts.
• Monitors equipment and maintains records of rentals and maintenance.
• Observes confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities if required.
