Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will work with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain inventory in compliance with policies and legal standards.

The role includes purchasing, sourcing cost-effective products, reducing freight costs, and participating in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally on phone, in writing, and across audiences.
• Basic level PC skills: start/shut down computer, use mouse, save files, print, access information online.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient contact to assess supply needs and relay to clinicians; generate orders in system; coordinate shipping schedules.
• Purchase supplies following procedures; source cost-effective products; minimize freight costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory; participate in physical inventory; manage inventory control and minimum order quantities.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Assist in reporting medication-related incidents and equipment failures; complete QAR forms.
