Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider. A Warehouse Coordinator ensures timely, accurate deliveries of supplies and medications between the pharmacy and nursing departments, sourcing inventory and maintaining compliance with policies.

The role supports clinicians, PSRs, and patients, requiring strong communication, basic PC skills, and the ability to travel up to half the time. Regular on-site work in the distribution flow is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills: start up/shut down, navigate programs, save/print, online research.
• Willing to travel at least 50% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client.
• Generates patient orders on system and coordinates shipping schedule.
• Purchases all supplies for inventory following procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical inventory.
