Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Greater Boston is hiring a Warehouse & Procurement Lead in Hingham, MA. You will run the warehouse, manage truck stock, and develop vendor relationships to keep material costs down.

No direct warehouse experience required; we value a can‑do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. You will place and track purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and monitor KPIs for warehouse and procurement.

Qualifications

• No direct warehouse or procurement experience required; strong can-do attitude, ownership mentality, and meticulous attention to detail required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean and valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse, keeping the physical space clean, organized, and inventory accurately tracked
• Own the truck stock program, ensuring every truck is properly stocked without over- or under-stocking
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, comparing pricing to drive down material costs
• Place and track purchase orders, coordinating timing and delivery across vendors
• Manage warranty claims and register newly installed equipment and systems with manufacturers
• Deliver materials to technicians in the field as needed
• Track KPIs across warehouse and procurement functions to inform business decisions

Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are hiring a Warehouse & Procurement Lead to run our warehouse, manage our truck stock program, and build vendor relationships that keep material costs down. No direct warehouse or procurement experience required, we are looking for someone with a strong can-do attitude, ownership mentality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse, keeping the physical space clean, organized, and inventory accurately tracked
