Accredited Labs is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory movement, and handling of customer equipment. The role focuses on organized material flow to keep operations, customer service, and production on schedule.

Based in Dallas, TX, the full-time position requires accurate paperwork handling, packaging, and coordination with carriers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory or logistics roles.
• Ability to accurately handle paperwork, labels, packing slips, and tracking data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, move, package, and stage equipment safely.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
• Clear communication with internal teams, carriers and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming customer equipment, parts, supplies, and materials.
• Inspect shipments for damage or documentation issues.
• Document received items in the tracking system.
• Route items to the correct department or location.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments per requirements.
• Create shipping labels and related documents.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate shipment issues and delays to the manager.
• Track customer equipment from receipt through shipment.
• Support basic inventory control and internal movement.
