On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is hiring a Receiving Material Associate in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on managing incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders in SAP, and maintaining receiving records.

You will unpack, inspect, and document shipments, operate warehouse equipment, and help ensure accurate inventory while adhering to safety procedures and SOPs. The schedule is typical of warehouse operations with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation (BOLs, packing slips, PO)
• Ability to interpret and verify shipping labels, barcodes, and serial numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; assist with organization and staging for loading/unloading.
• Unpack materials and verify with associated paperwork; verify against purchase orders and packing lists in SAP.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Record and track inventory; report discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, labels).
• Adhere to safety protocols; collaborate with team to maintain a safe work environment.
