Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our HDCL team in OKC. You will coordinate shipments, manage local pickups, prepare shipping documents, and track deliveries while maintaining accurate logs.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in logistics, strong Excel/Office skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem solving are essential to keep routes on schedule and support daily

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or coordinator support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage local customer pickups and deliveries, including recurring routes.
Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, packing lists).
Track shipments and resolve delays or issues with carriers.
Maintain records of inventory movement and shipping logs; manage on-hand consumables.
