Resource Label Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing shipments with high attention to detail, verify inventory, and support production with organized material handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year shipping/receiving in logistics or manufacturing preferred; printing/packaging experience a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for receiving and shipping.
• Verify incoming shipments with accuracy and maintain inventory records.
• Stage materials for operations and organize packing and shipping areas.
• Prepare and label outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx).
• Assemble customer orders and transfer items to packing/shipping areas.
• Record quantities and movements in the system and ensure data integrity.
• Drive forklift to move materials as needed and maintain housekeeping.
