Job summary

ITS Logistics in Texas seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead successful customer onboarding and system implementations. You should have a proven track record in operations and excellent communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Successful candidates will learn the onboarding process, work independently with minimal direction, and travel to campuses as needed to support new customers. Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with multiple WMS applications.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and analyze complex problems.
• Strong ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build business relationships with customers.
• Independent thinker with analytical capability.
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes including receiving and picking.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and system implementations.
• Serve as floor-level resource for operations, account management and IT.
• Coordinate with WMS specialists and lead basic UAT.
• Carry out BRD-defined assignments and support new customer onboarding.
• Facilitate transition of new customers to operations teams.
• Willingness to travel to campuses for extended onboarding support.
• Other duties as assigned.
