Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding within our 3PL network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service) to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives and seamless post-implementation support.

You will manage discovery through go-live, develop detailed project plans, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management or client implementation in 3PL/logistics.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, EDI, and related logistics technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
• PMI PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to integrate WMS, TMS, and other logistics platforms with client systems.
• Identify issues early, develop contingency plans, and resolve problems.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions for teams and clients.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices for future implementations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
