Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Sales or recruitment experience preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with high energy and competitiveness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify top logistics talent nationwide.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to logistics sales professionals.
• Qualify new Agents and grow the pipeline.
• Build rapport quickly with prospective Agents.
• Aggressively expand the Agent Network across the United States.
